I am looking for a good java wrapper (to wrap my jars along with the JRE) for distribution purpose.
Paid or free.

I can't use WebStart, since it has many security constraints where it comes to run on the user side.

I explored that before on Windows machine, unfortunately I can't run it on a MAC machine so that I can be able to create my exe

I have never used it, but I came across this... http://www.excelsiorjet.com/ May work for MAC? I don't do Mac's though so I wouldn't be able to help too much further.

Not if the app is signed

Java is platform-independent. Creating an installer will make it platform-dependent and you will need to create an installer for each platform

Then, how do I sign the app?

I looked at launch4J, but can't figure out how to add the folder Lib contained in the Dist folder.
