Excel 2010 Calculate Average from Groups of data

I have a sample output file attached that provides age categories and the different counts among the categories.
I want to calculate the overall average age (factoring in the overall counts in the categories as well), from the sample data provided. Any ideas on how i can do this? thanks for any info.

Thanks for the info. I thought there might be a way doing a weighted average, based on the counts in each group

The Admin page for closing a question is here: Close a Question
Should be a button on each comment and you pick the solution you feel best answered your question. If the "Best Solution" buttons are not displaying then you may have to request attention from and Admin. That button is in the bottom right corner of your original question.
