brother DCP-J315W prints yellowish when printing in color

This printer has been printing in color fine till just now when I print a Ppt from gmail
(which the laptop shows in good multi-color which has blue, red, yellow & black &
their shades reflected correctly on the laptop's screen) but when the slides are printed
out, they show only 2 colors : black (& its shades) & yellow (& its shades). No blue &
red (& their shades).

I''m using original Brother cartridges & just power cycled the printer but it's still giving
black & yellow only.

There's no error lights/messages shown on the LCD of the printer & I changed the
red (magenta) & blue (cyan) cartridges with new ones anyway: still giving black &
yellow only.

The service centre is closed today & I need to print them urgently. What can I do
to fix it?

First, the printer could have a hardware issue and you need the printer service people to help with that.

Second, try updating the driver to see if that might help. Remove the Printer (devices and printers) and then delete the Driver (Printer Server Management, Driver tab). Shut down, start up and reinstall the printer.

My guess is that you have a hardware issue.

yes, it usually it has to be done twice.

nothing worse that printing out a pic on photo paper and having a missing color!
