Look in the firewall settings of your new Anti Virus suite (or other like security settings) and make sure the work subnet is allowed access.<br />

Open a command prompt: &nbsp;NET USE T: \\servername\folder and authenticate. What numerical error code do you get?

Recently, we purchased a new antivirus. When I tried to deploy them remotely. I need to gain access to those pc. I know the username and pwd for that pc, say, it is mypc\user1 and password is user1 as admin. &nbsp;I keep getting access denied when deploying the software. Any ideas? &nbsp;thanks
