Playing 4K UHD video in WIndows 10 ?

People,

I want to know why my laptop is unable to play 4K UHD movies smoothly ?

Here's the video codec specification:
Video: MPEG4 Video (H264) 4096x2304 23.976fps (h264 high L5.1, yuv420p, 4096x2304)
Audio: Dolby AC3 48000Hz 6ch 640kbps (ac3, 48000 Hz, 5.1, 640 kb/s)

My laptop is spec'd as below:
OS Name      Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Version      10.0.10240 Build 10240
System Model PORTEGE R830
Processor      Intel® Core™ i5-2520M CPU @ 2.50GHz, 2501 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
BIOS Version/Date      TOSHIBA Version 3.90, 31/07/2012
Installed Physical Memory (RAM)      8.00 GB
Total Physical Memory      7.88 GB
Available Physical Memory      4.56 GB
Total Virtual Memory      9.13 GB
Available Virtual Memory      5.33 GB
Page File Space      1.25 GB

I've installed the latest KLite Codec and also VLC player, but both of them cannot play it smoothly ?

Any help or setting suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Yes i know that I can play 1080p
So is there any software tweak or player to render it smoothly ?

My QNAP TS-453 Pro cannot play it as well smoothly.

Ah I see,
Since it is hardware limitation, how can I upgrade it ?

Ah I See,

Does using http://www.videohelp.com/software/PotPlayer can at least solve my issue ?

At the moment my PC is equipped with GTX 460 so I haven't tried to play it there yet.

Ah I see,

So yes, in the KLite Codec, I'll select the options all to LAV and then select DXVA2 for better performance. Is that corect ?
Daum Player still not cutting it :-|
My laptop is too weak or slow to play it I guess.
