IIS Authorization issue with Domain Credentials

We have IIS 7.5 on Windows 2012 VM Server and it will not Authenticate with SBS 2011 IIS 7, any assistance is greatly appreciated.
We have a Web Portal and PSA Integration on ("ConnectWise" Software Application) that will not connect from the Outside after extensive Testing, you can ping it in the Firewall, and we can get to the Web Portal Internally but cannot get it to connect Externally.
The portal uses Port 80 and 443.

Do you have those ports open and forwarding through your firewall to the machine?

Yes it was all working up till 3-24-2016 and then stopped, I went in and uninstalled the Windows Update from that date and no change. The PSA  Site is setup as a Pass Through Authentication.
When trying to connect to the SBS 2011 IIS from Window 2012 it will not Authenticate using the Domain Admin account.
Did the windows Firewall get turned back on by chance?
We have tried it with the Firewall off and on
did you check on the SBS server as well?
Yes it is turned on
Try testing with it off, and see if communication is restored. If yes, you will need to find out what ports are needed, and add rules for those ports to stay open.

If no, you'll have to go back to your logs, and look and see if anything else may be the culprit. Are all the services running? Have you tried rebooting?, etc..
Yes to all...we have done all of that. I will look in to the Firewalls again and review. Maybe some DNS Issues on the SBS Server but not sure if the 2 are related.

I wish to continue this conversation, the Software Vendor cannot telnet in through the Firewall and connect to the Server through Port 80 or 443, but yet we have tested extensively that the IIS 8 on Win2012 R2 PSA Site you can telnet to that Server on Port 80 and 443 internally, The Firewall Rules are open to pass through port 80 and 443 on to that Server. If anyone can guide us to know what troubleshooting steps we can take from here, that would be most appreciated because we are at an impasse until we can get port 80 and 443 accessible from the Outside to Inside.
There was no Solution provided to the end result currently and did not want to leave this question out in Limbo.
Going Back to Software Vendor to troubleshoot further.
