When I want to add a comment to an open question, for some unknown reason, the 'formatting menu' above the comment box has disappeared. I'm wondering if there is a setting in my account that I may have inadvertently toggled off to cause this. I believe it is something I did since it happened today on both my desktop computers.<br />

When I want to add a comment to an open question, for some unknown reason, the 'formatting menu' above the comment box has disappeared. Comment box 'formatting menu' missing

A desktop computer is a personal computer designed for use at a single location due to its size and power requirements, usually by one person.
