Hello,
Client is going out of the country. Has had issues before when trying to connect to the main office. (servers, email, etc.)
I believe they are using the SonicWALL VPN to connect.
The previous guy would have them go to whatismyip and was able to allow them access from that information.
He is no longer here and it is up to me, I would like to know what steps I need to take to allow access from this IP on the SonicWALL TZ400.
Any help is appreciated.

If he has the SW vpn client installed on his comp he is taking with him, he can open an rdp session to his comp at the office.
It kind of all depends if you still want to use the "trusted IP" access to vpn. If he is using the SonicWall VPN client I would think that it would be secure enough without woorying about the secure IP.
