.bat job works when run, but not when put in Task Scheduler

I scheduled the task with reference to run the batch file at a specific time daily.

in task scheduler, it says it ran the job (daily run) successfully.. (Last Run Result: 0xFFFD0000)
but when I check results, I know/see that the job did not execute as it should have.. but if I run it manually, then it works effectively (results proving).

The task is referencing the path of the batch file accurately.

The job is scheduled based on domain account.
[Run whether user is logged on or not]
the password is active and [Do not store password] option is not checked..

what could be missing that the job won't run when scheduled (it says it ran fine, but results do not prove it did effectively- what the script was supposed to do- behind the batch file)..

where and what to check?
