Call Center tools for VDI envioronment
Our call center is currently using a VDI environment and they want to have team viewer equivalent. Unfortunately due to the way its set up they don't know who is on which virtual desktop at which time. Are there any tools for VDI environments and call center (shadowing features) that people can recommend. Our quick fix is VNC/teamviewer on the Virtual desktops and a quick logon script that adds to a log file the user name and the hostname they use.
