"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I would create the common email address and set up each terminal to use that email account. just make sure you leave a copy on the server so they all receive it.

To share a mailbox first create a shared mailbox.
You can create shared mailbox using the command written below:
New-Mailbox sharedTest -shared -userprincipalname

sharedTest is new mailbox name, you can give any name according to your need is new user principal name

1. Run above command in Exchange Management Shell.
2. Then go to Exchange Management Console (EMC)
3. In EMC click on Microsoft Exchange On-Premises and then Recipient Configuration and then click on Mailbox.
4. Now in Mailbox - Entire Forest at Middle, Right Click on your new created Mailbox for sharing and then select Manage Full Access Permission.
5. In Manage Full Access Permission window click on Add button and select User mailboxes with which you want to share this mailbox to finish this task Click on Manage button and then click on Finish button.
Now you have successfully shared this mailbox with all selected users.
Now to view this mailbox in OWA, users have to login and in Left panel Right click on root of all folder and select Open Other user's mailbox... and then just enter shared mailbox name in textbox and hit Enter button and then click on OK button.

I am having another issue I created the shared mail box but the SMTP address is showing as , I tried changing it to but it says it is already used.

I want to know who is using and check when this was created. Is there a way to find this information from the EMC.
