I have exchange and use a lot of rules; the rules are managed on exchange not outlook so my iphone shows the same emails and folders . My problem is that i have over 50 folders in outlook and about 30 rules so exchange is putting the emails into these folders. When i go to my iphone email i don't see all my incoming messages unless i search these folders individually - very inconvenient. (i used to have a pop account so even with rules on outlook i would still see all my emails on my iphone inbox). <br />

Is there an app or owa that will aggregate all the emails from all the folders back into one inbox? Or how do people know about new emails in these folders?
