AT&T U-verse - extending my network

I recently switched to AT&T U-verse and a few rooms in my house gets poor signal. The AT&T router is downstairs and a few rooms upstairs has issues. I want to connect a power line network and was wondering what would work? The AT&T router has 4 Ethernet ports. I would like to plug in a power network into one of the Ethernet and connect to my power grid then plug in a range extender that works on the power grid. The router does not look to have any ability to manage and range extenders so this might have to be something that works off my router (stand-a-lone ??).

The AT&T U-verse router is made by Pace Pic, Model 5268AC.

Can either of you recommend a product I can go buy? Or recommend one and I will then call AT&T to verify it will work with their modem.

My only option for phone service is Windstream so AT&T won't even talk to me; you'll have to call them or login to your account and search their help section.

Don't use those adapters but they're all pretty much the same. just connect the lan port to one (Uverse) , wan port of (router/access point) to the other. and you should be away at the races.

AT&T had to replace the router today. While at my house they indicated the router should cover 300 feet circumference but if I need a extender a D-LINK power line extender works well. The installer indicated they use to keep them stocked in their van's.

I will wait a few days to see if I need an extender with the new router or not.
