Some of the XML elements or attributes
I have a user that is getting this error. It says (some of these elements or attributes in this document no longer exist in the attached schemas and as a result, word has associated them with a new namespace prefixed with errors@. I am no expert on this stuff.

Well the answer was solved. It was just simple editing and we missed that point that we could edit the file. Another Work IT guy here that is pretty good showed us how to edit it. The problem is gone.

I found my answer myself after it stayed open more than 2 days. I talked to another tech and we found the issue.
