ShoreTel 220T1 How to change IP address of phone?
We need to change the IP address for one of our phones. (Please see the attached image.)
The phone itself displays 192.168.1.9 (but it should be 192.168.5.9).
We can change either the phone of the ShoreTel Director, but we don't see any way to do it in Director.
Would the correct IP address need to be set on the phone set itself, and be done by the (distant) end-user?

do you have any DHCP server giving IPs in 192.168.1.0 subnet?

Thank you... had to split up the point since all was good info. Solution: someone onsite reset the phone to allow it to get a new DHCP IP address. Thanks all, and apologies for the delay.
