PowerPoint mp4 videos turn green
I am embedding mp4 videos within my Powerpoint 10. They are 20 seconds long.
They play the audio, but the screen is green. I have shut down and rebooted the computer, and it still occurs.
Any ideas?
thanks!

Glad to hear it.
One thing you may need to be aware of -- WMV won't play on a Mac unless the recipient installs a utility such as Flip for Mac. MP4 is best for cross-platform, but if you just need to get it to play on your system then WMV is good.

will a Mac support an AVI?
I don't think so.
If you need the file playable on a Mac, then you'll want to stick with the MP4. I really think your MP4s probably just need to be re-exported using something like iSkySoft so they use a common codec.
