Cannot uninstall or repair SQL 2014 Express: MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer
Hi all,
the error is:
The program can't start because MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
I think it has to do with me removing Visual C++ Redistributable 2010.
Anyone any idea how to fix this?
Kind regards,
Erwin

Hello Dave,
this worked:
Reinstall the Visual C++ Redistributable 2010. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2977003
In my case I needed the x64 version.
@Jason: wasn't able to try since Dave's solution worked.
Thank you!
