Need Excel help for labeling a row.

We have a POS system that is a little archaic. When I export the somewhat raw data to Excel from it, it doesn't give comprehensive information relative to our individual sales.

What happens is that in Column A of the attached example spreadsheet, it only returns the category name to the topmost cell of the section in Column A. What I need to do is create Column M (a helper column) that somehow returns the category header to each of the cells in that section in Column M.

I've tried a couple solutions in Column M already but it falls short.

Thanks in advance.

Ugh. As you could see I was trying a couple variations and was getting hung up on the Subtotal line not needing a value. It doesn't matter if it has one, actually. Thanks for a quick, simple solution that I'm open-handing my forehead right now. Thank you!
