Mixed results

I want to create an excel spreadsheet that can do the following:

Points are added for questions. However the assessment of the questions requires the following - if Q12 and no other then E,
Q1,Q3 and Q9 and Q12 then D,
Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4,Q5, Q6,Q7,Q8, Q9, Q11,Q12 then C
Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4,Q5,Q6,Q7,Q8, Q9,Q10, Q11,Q12 then B
Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4,Q5,Q6,Q7,Q8, Q9,Q10, Q11,Q12, Q13 then A.

Each question is allotted 1 point. Total points are shown as well as the A,B,C,D and E.

VBA. Response by user would be a point for each question correct. Formula checks each question for a tally and the allots an a,b,c,d, or e.

Robr I have added the code to a macro and run the file but it doesn't work. I have uploaded the file with the macro.
