Problem with Untangle router with LAB address 192.168.11.x
Is there a problem defining the LAN portion of an Untangle router (or any router) as 192.168.1.x?
I have an Untangle router running in a VM. The external address is 192.168.1.39 and the internal address was 192.168.11.1. I put a windows server and a windows 7 VM in the same LAN and tested pinging each other. The other 2 VMs could ping each other but not ping the lan address. Over 2 days I troubleshot the problem down to the address, 192.168.11.x. I rebooted the host, deleted/reloaded the Untangle VM, and other things. Change the 3rd numbers to 22 or something else, it works. Change them back to 11, no. Is there something I am missing?
