I want my friend to reach my site which is under my tomcat and I don't have a static IP for the need. The machine that I host my application is reachable via localhost and the machine is connected to a tethered iphone which can grab an IP.<br />
<br />
However, after grabbing that IP, it is not possible to reach the site. No firewalls are running on any of the machines. The machines are Windows 7.<br />

What to do?<br />
I modified my server.xml and add the 0.0.0.0 but not working..<br />
