Looking for a solution to the three errors showing up on PowerBroker communication attempts on Windows servers:<br />
1.) UNEXPECTED EXCEPTION: certName is not valid or doesn't exist.<br />
2.) UNEXPECTED EXCEPTION: The HTTP request was forbidden with client authentication scheme 'Anonymous'.<br />
3.) UNEXPECTED EXCEPTION: An error occurred while making the HTTP request to <a href="https://pbwevent.paypalcorp.com/eventservice/service.svc" rel="ugc">https://pbwevent.paypalcorp.com/eventservice/service.svc</a>. This could be due to the fact that the server certificate is not configured properly with HTTP.SYS in the HTTPS case. This could also be caused by a mismatch of the security binding between the client and the server.
