PowerBroker for Windows communication
Looking for a solution to the three errors showing up on PowerBroker communication attempts on Windows servers:
1.) UNEXPECTED EXCEPTION: certName is not valid or doesn't exist.
2.) UNEXPECTED EXCEPTION: The HTTP request was forbidden with client authentication scheme 'Anonymous'.
3.) UNEXPECTED EXCEPTION: An error occurred while making the HTTP request to https://pbwevent.paypalcorp.com/eventservice/service.svc. This could be due to the fact that the server certificate is not configured properly with HTTP.SYS in the HTTPS case. This could also be caused by a mismatch of the security binding between the client and the server.

Gaurav is right - no resolution for that site. What's weird is the error the rejected HTTP request errors... you should have received a basic "Host Not Found" error.
What other info can you give? Is it a name resolved internally?
