Where does one schedule the User refresh/pull in MS Project Online? <br />

We are in a hybrid environment, migrating users to Office 365, our AD Connect/DirSync runs &nbsp;every 3 hours unless I force a manual delta update... yet our users that get added to a specific security group for Project access (Team Members) doesn't get synced every three hours, but rather many hours later... So many times we have to tell the users to just wait and eventually they will have permission. <br />
