Send on Behalf only working with internal recipients
Hi - A colleague of mine working from our main office branch has recently upgraded our exchange servers from 2007 to 2013. One of the issues he is encountering is the inability to get "send on behalf" to work when email to external users. It works internally , but not externally. What seems to happen is that it shows arriving from User B and not From User A on behalf of User B.
Any help would be grateful.

'Send on Behalf of' behaviour is dependent on the remote server supporting the information in the headers. A lot of non-Exchange servers do not.

Hi Simon - i saw this answer previously as well but i know in this instance the people we are sending it to , do support it because they previously did before we upgraded the Exchange server and they are also on Exchange,
