WS_FTP Server connection timeout
We use ws-ftp server; there have been no changes to the settings, but in the last couple of days, we are seeing some of our client getting disconnected exactly after 20 seconds. These clients have confirmed that there have been no known or intentional changes to their transfer process, the connection timeout seems to be on the server side.
The listener's Network timeout setting on ws_ftp is at the default 600.
What other settings could be disconnecting connections at 20 seconds?

Do you have logging enabled for the WS-FTP server? If so, have you reviewed your WS-FTP logs?
ASKER
Logging is enabled, but apart from "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host", not much else is provided in the log
logging on the server not the client.
