CRM 2016 Cloud Web Development

I review CRM 2016 and try to create web form. If I want step by step wizard form. Like step 1 step 2 just like I want to create web form
to quote auto insurance. Is it possible? Look like CRM only given option to create some sort of quick form / one page very longggg form.

I knew I can use iframe with hosting webpages outside of the crm but this does not seem ideal option.
