what you should do is REPLACE the certificate with the right CSR<br />

This could trigger a new set of validation and take hours to validate. <br />
make sure you on top of that.

I am trying to renew my PositiveSSL Wildcard certificate on Exchange 2016. <br />

I hit the renew button and it generates the CSR code. Try to enter it with the issuing cert mob and it fails. When i decrypt the code to see why it wont work it says the following is missing. <br />
<br />
Missing items: Country, City/locality, Organization, State/province<br />
<br />
But how can I fix it? When I renew the certificate I get no option to change anything... <br />

I hit the renew button and it generates the CSR code. Try to enter it with the issuing cert mob and it fails. When i decrypt the code to see why it wont work it says the following is missing. 

Missing items: Country, City/locality, Organization, State/province

But how can I fix it? When I renew the certificate I get no option to change anything...
