Exchange not sending out email via my 3cx phone system

I am running exchange 2013, with the newest CU updates. I am running 3cx as my phone system,
and for some strange reason, all of a sudden when my 3cs phone system tries to send an email,
it fails. I don't get an NDR back, but when looking at the logs, here's what I discovered.  Can anyone help me decode why the emails are failing?

I have reset the password to the pbx account and made sure it's not locked out.  
Elijah is my exchange server.

So,

    This is a very poor way to post data --

    Exchange seems happy to a point -- 250 2.0.0 OK;  
    ***

    But it may not be setup to relay for what 3CX defaulted - pbx@mydomain.org

It worked fine weeks ago and I haven't made any changes that I'm aware of.

Is there some other logs I can look into, because exchange is sending out emails and receiving emails, both internally and externally as well.

The log I posted was from exchange.

I wanted to give you the points for assisting.

The problem was that when I did the test, with both users, they had automatic rules moving emails from the PBX to a folder in their inbox.  So it looked like the PBX was not sending out those emails, but in fact it was.
