citrix servers crashing XML error

We have 5 servers running 2008 R2 with xenapp 6.5 we also have a separate server running 2008 R2 with citrix web interface management all are running in a virtual environment. About once every two weeks we have experience this issue. Users will start to disconnect and they will get an error from there receiver stating "citrix receiver cant contact the server". When this happens I will try to logon directly to the servers and sometimes its only 1 server that is "broke" but I have seen up to 3. When I try to logon to a server that is "broken" it wont come up with the fields to put my username and password into when I ctrl+alt+del (actually insert). I have to kill power to the citrix server and bring it back up and that fixes the issue. I do get windows log errors on the citrix web management server. The error is below

R05 is the last update I have done I will do both the R06 and the XA650R06W2K8R2X64001 updates and see how if that helps..

I did uncheck enforce access checks on all the servers also..

Not sure where to register a xml port.

That worked I haven't had a crash in several weeks since applying the updates.

Thanks
