An SSH question
Hello,
A client accesses an online contact manager database. A week ago, my client could not access their online contact manager's URL. As it turns out, the contact manager admin had blocked my client's IP address because the admin of the contact manager stated that someone from my client's office tried to hack the main contact manager server via SSH. Not just my client's contact cloud database but the entire server the database is sitting on. SSH...I am dealing with an advanced hacker. What I am assuming is someone got into my client's network, either through a phishing scam or the wireless network. The ten employees there are not tech savvy at all, they would not know SSH (you never know though, right?) What should I first do?
Thanks,
DT
