Adobe Pro DC not displaying fonts correctly

We recently started using Adobe Pro and moving away from Nitro PDF due to version conflicts. Now when opening PDF files originally created in Nitro PDF the fonts do not display correctly when opened in Adobe Pro DC. As you can see in the original "UT-GLASS-BOWL-OC" the text appears correctly [This was created in Nitro PDF], and in the second file "EDITED-UT-GLASS-BOWL2" the text is almost all garbage. If you could point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it. We have dozens if not hundreds of these files. Thank you.

Can you remake the PDF in Adobe to check?  I have no issue with Adobe, or with standard Office Apps creating PDF's. I prefer Adobe to Nitro and it is entirely possible that Nitro created a non-standard font or in a non-standard way.

I should also include when opening the PDF created in nitro it appears correctly, but when adding or inserting pages it messes up the text throughout the entire PDF.
Nitro is a third party PDF tool, and Adobe DC is very new, so it is likely Nitro has not kept up.
So it's likely Nitro is using a font not supported by Adobe DC?
Yes and / or Nitro needs to be updated by the vendor.
