2011 Macbook Pro with no wireless

I am working on a MacBook Pro, Early 2011, 13 " screen that shows no Wi-Fi no hardware installed when clicking on the wireless icon. The OS is El Capitan version 10.11.4. I have run the hardware diagnostics and it reported "no problems". I have tried running updates but nothing is needed. Bluetooth is also not available. Any suggestions?

What do you see when you pull down the Apple Menu to About this Mac and go to System Report.

Check for Bluetooth under Hardware and Wifi under Network.

Can you post the results back here?

Perarduaadastra, I opened the back and looked for loose wires but wasn't sure where the component was located. I will check the replacement guide sent by Strung to see if I was looking in the right place.
The point here is that all the necessary software is reported as being installed, but hardware information is conspicuous by its absence!
Even if the wires were off the adapter would still show in the system if it was working. The wires are for the aerial, not for adapter's connection to the system.
It does sound like the wireless card is loose, busted for missing entirely. You are going to have to open the computer to inspect.
Bing, It is not my computer, I am just trying to help with the problem. I will look at the guide and check the location again.
I would try resetting the NVRAM which has fixed similar problems for me.

See PRAM (NVRAM) reset
I checked the wiring to the card and everything appears normal. I also tried resetting the NVRAM with no luck. I will order the part and replace it and see if that resolves the problem..

Thanks for all your help...
Thanks!
