I am trying to invoke a REST API POST call from a standalone html page using jquery $.ajax function. But I am getting the below error –<br />
<br />
XMLHttpRequest cannot load <a href="https://" rel="ugc nofollow">https://</a>&lt;host&gt;/&lt;URI&gt;. Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Orig<wbr />in' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'null' is therefore not allowed access. The response had HTTP status code 500.<br />
Let me know what is the issue....<br />
