How to use multiple Internet Service Providers as a fail safe for your network

What is the best way to use two ISP's on the network.  The main ISP has speeds of 100/20. We have had 4 major outages in 4 weeks.  The potential other ISP will only be in t he 15 to 20 megabit range and I only want to use it when the main ISP goes down.

A special router that accepts multiple ISP's?  Just manually unplug on and plug in the other?  Something automated would be nice.

Yes Brian.

I am still researching my options with ISP's available.
All good solutions.  I am having an issue just getting a 2nd *good* ISP and will come back to this probably in another 6 to 12 months.  Thank you!
