Nagios 4.0.8 ack_no_sticky=1 not working

I found this setting to change the default acknowledge check box in the cgi.cfg but its not working for me after adding this line. Any ideas
ack_no_sticky=1

# DEFAULTS FOR CHECKBOXES FOR ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
# Enabling ack_no_sticky will default the "Sticky Acknowledgement" to
# be unchecked.
# Enabling ack_no_send will default the "Send Notification" to
# be unchecked.

#ack_no_sticky=0
#ack_no_send=0

Looks like you need to have upgrade to Core 4.1 as per the following thread to use this option:

ASKER

Do you know where this file is located?
"Can you double check line 449 in cgiutils.c? It looks like there is a curly brace instead of the line you meant to put there."

its not in /usr/local/nagios
It's located in Nagios source files that you have to download compile and finally run it. Like I said you best bet is a Nagios upgrade anyways.

Just a follow up if you require anything further.
Ill assuming your suggestion about upgrading will fix the issue.
But we wont be doing it, we are moving way from nagios.
Thanks
