Carbonite vs Azure

Hello -

I have a 2012R2 file server  with around .075Tb of data that needs to be backed up into the cloud as a second layer beside the local disk backup. As of now, it is backup up with Carbonite but I'm not sure this is the best/cheapest option I have. I also looked into Azure since now it's not necessary to have DPM installed(as far as I know) locally for it to work.

Anyone out there have experience with both and be kind enough to share the experience?

Thank you!

@Carbonite

I think maybe you were referring to me, not Alan.

It's common practice, here at Experts Exchange to maintain communications, in the post/forum, so other Experts and Readers can benefit.

If you discuss between closed doors, there is no purpose for this question.

As you are new and a vendor, will let it slide....I have edited your post though, please maintain feedback in the post, I believe the question was a Comparison between Azure versus Carbonite.

The Asker, a current customer of Cabronite, is asking why he should remain a customer, and not go to Azure!
