Hi,<br />

Im using Cisco Unified CM Administration with System version: 10.5.2.11900-3. How do i change the phone display name?<br />
<br />
I have new person starting taking over this person<br />
<br />
I have updated his name on &nbsp;Cisco Unified CM Administration to show new person name, assosiate the device, updated Active directory to make sure new person picks up this person ext no and all good. <br />
<br />
But on the physical person display still shows the old person name instead the new person.<br />
I have performed LDAP full sync and reset phone as well but wont pick up the name.<br />
<br />
I have searched the old person name on the cisco system but nowhere found<br />
<br />
Am i missing anywhere?
