I have an icon stuck on my desktop labeled Control Panel. &nbsp;It does fire off the control panel when i double click it.<br />
I can't send it to recycling bin. &nbsp;I can't delete it.<br />
When i right click the icon the options are listed in the screenshot provided.<br />
I don't know how i put it here.<br />
