How to remove the virus in WIn8

Hi Any expert can give some suggestion how to remove the virus? After visiting a web site, my web browser google and others cannot be used because windows box almost cover my monitor. and asking to call some numbers to fix it. But I think EE is really expert on this kind of issue. I used McAfee to scan it, but got nothing. Please some screenshot from my monitor.

Hey, download malwarebytes on another pc and install it via USB.. run the scan.. chances are this will detect it.

Thank you so much Foxluv. So that would delete all my book mark, right? How can i keep these book marks? I am using Chrome browser

The instructions I gave you were for Internet Explorer . If you can get inside google chrome, you want to go to settings>show advanced settings>reset settings.

Back up your bookmarks as a precaution- right click at the top of google chrome anywhere underneath the address bar> click bookmarks manager
Highlight your bookmarks bar on the left then click Organize and export to an HTML file.

I did all of that you mentioned. but the bookmarks are still there. and that problem also is there.

I remember after I clicked that resetting button before, all bookmarks had gone. however this time I did click Resetting button, even restarting my PC, the bookmark have not gone. and the issue has not gone. Maybe i did something wrong?

Did you run the malwarebytes? I also want you to download adwcleaner and run that as well.
