Is it something to do with the firewall

Firewalls generally do not do packet inspection on outbound HTTP requests, so it's very unlikely that it's the Cisco ASA doing this.

The most likely cause of this problem is that login.banknetpower.net is not being resolved by DNS for a reason.  When you get this issue, run the following command in an elevated prompt:

ipconfig /displaydns

Look through the results, to see if login.banknetpower.net is there - and if it's there with no result - this is your problem.  You need to troubleshoot your DNS resolution issues.

If it is there, with the correct IP address, then your next task is to troubleshoot why you are unable to establish a TCP connection to the server.  This may involve troubleshooting on your Cisco ASA, but Cisco ASA's aren't tempermental - they either work or they don't.  If this problem is only to one web site, then the most likely cause is routing issues at your ISP, or outside of your control.
