For 50 servers (and the network equipment connecting them) you should have a monitoring infrastructure in place. <br />
<br />
Nagios, PRTG, Spiceworks, OpManager, etc.<br />

I need help with Powershell / batch script that will check ping alive of set of servers (i.e. 50 servers).<br />
It there's particular servers with ping fail, it will generate email alert.<br />

I would like to schedule this job to run every 5 minutes interval to check servers alive status.<br />
Need help with optimized script to monitoring ping alive of servers.<br />
