Software Utility To Superimpose One Photo On Top OPf Another
Hello Experts -
I don't have Photoshop. Rather not buy (or rent) it, as I don't mess around with photos on a regular basis.
I'm looking for a utility that would allow me to superimpose one photo on top of another, And, adjust the intensity of the background photo showing thru.
Does anyone know of such a utility? I'm going to be working with two jpg files. Obviously, I would like the end result to be one jpg.
Thanks.

Gimp is slow and the GUI never spoke to me. Paint.net will get you up and running in less than a few minutes (both a small download, and not as resource hogging as Gimp, operating much smoother on any PC).

Thanks for that input Kimputer. Big help.

Although Mr. Pamias provided a lot of additional details in using the software he recommended.
I appreciate both of you get back to me.
