after uninstalling WSUS, IIS(anywhere access) site at windows server essential broken

Have Windows server essential role installed on Windows 2012 R2.
everything was working perfectly.
As soon as I rebooted the server after uninstalling WSUS role, the site: http://myserver/connect stopped.
Https://myserver.mydomain.com also stopped.
giving: HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error.

http://www.it-notebook.org/iis/article/test_connection_authorization_failed.htm is also my case.

I tried to uninstall on another working server, this happened on that server too after uninstalling WSUS role.

Please guide to fix.
