UC560 busy signal incoming and outgoing

I have a UC560.  Wehave checked all of the configurations and they appear to be correct.  We checked with our SIP provider and they say that everything is correct and that calls are coming to the UC560 but all incoming and outgoing calls are receiving a busy signal.  Any help will be appreciated.

Without some additional info into your setup, you may want to reboot the system and associated servers.  I have seen Unity do this in the past as well, do you hand calls to unity for time of day?  Do you see the calls hit the router?

Thank for your help Bryant.  I am new to supporting the UC560.  How can I see it the calls hit the router?
you can try from the cli:

enable

Open in new window

terminal monitor

Open in new window

debug ccsip calls

Open in new window


when you finish or you could crash the router if you get a lot of calls:
undebug all

Did you check that the correct firewall ports were open? I ran into something semi similar when I had to redo a UC520 that turned out to have the firewall off. The moment I fixed that issue, I had to fix problems with the way the firewall restricted a subset of rules to certain IPs.
