Error while starting init script

HI,
I am running into the following error on executing the command :
service yatra status

Please help me understand the output... looks like it tried starting it but stopped.
Any reasons you can see from above why this could be so...
Ideas where do i go from here...
Also what is systemd here above which seems to stopping and starting things
