How to change a password on the Android Phone after you have encrypted it

Hello:

I have a user that had her work email on her personal Android phone(Galaxy S4).  I instructed her that if she wanted to keep her work email on her personal phone, we needed to encrypt her phone.  She agreed.

1.  The user has a password; but, it was only 5 letters/characters.
         a.  The built-in encryption software requested that the password be changed to at least 6 characters.

2.  We did that and finished encrypting the phone.

The phone is working just fine; but, the user has asked me to change her password again on her phone.  She does not like the new password that she put on the other day.  When I encrypted her phone the wizard stated that there is no way to un-encrypt it (Galaxy-S4).  I am wondering how we can change the password on an already encrypted phone?

I tried the options out on my Galaxy S5 and it appears to provide me the options to change my password.    Yes, you instructions worked out perfectly.
