Visio 2010 Creat template

Hello experts,

Got tired of having to change the font from Calibri to Arial
(forgive me, I guess I am old school but there is a reason why
American Airlines, JC Penney, Crate and Barrel, Toyota,
Luthansa, Jeep, BMW, Seras, Target, and Microsoft among
others have built their corporate brand in Arial/Helvetica).

So I built template with a frame and our company logo
and changed the font from 8 pt Calibri to 10 pt Arial
and saved the template as a .VST file ( but I could not
save it with the rest of the Visio templates at
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\Visio Content\1033
because our company locks down our computers.
I don't know if the file path makes a difference.)

Then I opened the template so that I could save it as a
drawing and thus have a drawing made from that template.
Opened the template and the frame and the
logo are there but the Font is still Calibri. Tried saving it again.
Same result. The whole point of creating the template
was to get rid of Calibri. But it won't go away.

How do I change the default font on as Visio 2010
template?
