Why does Acronis 2016 on Windows 10 keep saying "Last Backup Never performed"
I upgraded my computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10, and then upgraded my copy of Acronis 2016 cloud to the latest build 6569.
I have two backups on my external "I" drive, (one for the whole PC, the other for My docs).
One or the other backup always comes up with "Last back up never performed" with no restore buttons. I have even tried brand new backups. When I use windows explorer to look on my "I" drive, the backups are all there.

"I bought this directly from Acronis website. The 2016 is exactly the same with 2014 except they messed up with interfaces and confusing sets of buttons and instructions. All the features are still the same. Only difference is the Cloud that you have to pay subscription, and actually you can upload to cloud yourself after backup if you already have a cloud. The restore button is hidden behind backup button. And worse when restoring files it didn't work, looks like a bug. If I knew this I would stay with 2014.
The menus are CONTRA-INTUITIVE and arrange in a very stupid way. There is no explicit Restore button is pain in the ass.
And it's just frozen and locked my computer while trying to do things. (See others reviews for frozen, hangs and crash computer. It came out true)."
