The VMware VirtualCenter Server service fails to start
Is this a current installation ? that has been running and working fine ?
Are you using SQL Express ?
If so check the size of the database is not larger or equal to 10GB.

its used to be working, after the reboot, just doesn't work, and it is the SQL express we are using , and the services is running as well,

below db is just around 244 MB,
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10_50.VIM_SQLE XP\MSSQL\D ATA
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10_50.VIM_SQLE
you will need to start checking the vCenter logs.

One thing to validate is that the database server hosting the VMware vCenter database is online and available.
