MailChimp with internal microsoft exchange email distribution lists

My organization uses many email distribution lists that can only be sent to by specific users with permissions (via Microsoft Exchange / Active Directory). Is there any way to allow MailChimp to send to these distribution lists without having to remove all permissions? We just want to be able to use MailChimp for out internal email marketing but this is one of the obstacles. Looking for some out-of-the-box solutions.

Is there any specific ID for MailChimp? I assume this MailChimp is external vendor.

I assume you are referring to authenticated check box. Without removing the permission, it is not possible to allow emails to DL. Another option, you can create dedicated DL and add required users.
Hi Amit. Thanks. I'm also thinking of a way to easily export the Exchange DL's for importing into MailChimp. Any simple way to do this from the client end or it has done be done on the Exchange server? Some of our lists have over 10K users so it seems the client method in Outlook is extremely slow.
Try this, create one new DL, uncheck the permission. Now add the other DL as member of new DL. Basically, I am asking you to test nested DL's. See if that works.
It's a solid idea, we're actually already doing that for some smaller DL lists. The concern I have is if that DL (email address) becomes public the entire list could be flooded with soliciting/junk/spam email. Thoughts?
When you receive an email from the vendor. What is the from address?
The from address of our email marketing campaigns? Can be whatever we set it to, we have it domain certified now so it's usually a generic company email.

Great idea Amit. I have zero control over the Exchange in my workplace so I will suggest it to them and we'll try it out. This seems like the best solution so far.
